Cala Tarida is one of the most beautiful bays of the island of Ibiza. It is very popular among families throughout the year. It offers a wide variety of services, supermarket and shops, bars and restaurants.
The beach is wide with thin sand and clear calm, shallow waters which invite you to swim and
relax without worries. In the right side of the beach, the sand extends up to the clear waters while, on the left, the waters are deeper and have many more waves.
Ideal to go with family or friends. Protected by urbanized hills, it is the longest and widest beach in this part of the island. The sea here has a truly magnificent colorful; turquoise and emerald green.

Chiringuitos and restaurants on the beach. Among them, some of the favorites are Aisea (with live music) and Ses Eufabies, a classic. Both with fantastic views of the coast.
There are also souvenir shops where you can buy inflatable toys, snorkeling equipment and balls.
Getting to CalaTarida
In summer it is accessible by car or ferry, follow the signposts from San Antonio or San Jose.
From Sant Josep towards Sant Antoni, take the left turn next to the restaurant is Vergé, one km. after the village. Follow this road until a roundabout and then continue straight. S'Esparta past the restaurant, a long slope that will give another round starts. From the front, it goes to Cala Moli and right, Cala Tarida. 400 meters further down you will find, on the left, the street that leads to the beach, where you can park.
